Gates will open at 8 AM – Auction will start at 10 AM
Impound lot will be open to the public on Wednesday June 22nd, 2022 from 2 PM – 6 PM.
Cash only day of auction. All sales final. Buyers must take possession of vehicle within 72 hours after auction. Vehicles for auction are subject to change.
In accordance with NDCC 29-31.1-02 and NDCC 39-26-07 all identifiable/registered owners and lien holders have been notified. Owners may claim property before Friday, June 24th, 2022 at 3 PM by presenting proof of ownership, registration, insurance and paying all towing and storage charges at the Sheriff’s Office.
