Residential Fire

On January 6, 2019 at approximately 10:40am, the McKenzie County Sheriff’s Office, Watford City Fire Department, McKenzie County Ambulance Service, McKenzie County Emergency Management,  and the Keene Fire Department under mutual aid, responded to a house fire in the 11500 block of 46J St NW north of Watford City.
 
The house was fully engulfed at the time of the call. The fire has been contained and efforts to put out the fire are still in progress. No injuries have been reported from this incident. The cause of the fire has not been determined and is under investigation by the McKenzie County Sheriff’s Office and the North Dakota State Fire Marshall.
