The Investigations Division investigates criminal activity that occurs or has an effect on the areas we serve and its citizens. The majority of cases that are investigated are those that are reported to the agency through the patrol division and referred to investigators for further follow up.
Investigations Lieutenant Ed Martinez oversees one sergeant, three investigators who are assigned to work general investigations, two school resource officers assigned to area schools throughout the county and two investigators assigned to the Northwest Narcotics Task Force.
